Job Description
- Provide first-level support for the Finance ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud) and related systems (GL, AP, fixed assets, inventory)
- Maintain system integrity, data accuracy, and integration's
- Support month-end and year-end processes, including audit requirements
- Assist end users with system queries and drive consistent system usage
- Administer reconciliation tools such as BlackLine (desirable)
- Support finance system improvements and digital initiatives
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and data analysis (Excel / Power BI)
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (3 + years)
- Experience using ERP systems (Oracle, any version considered)
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI desirable
- Systems-savvy with a willingness to learn and troubleshoot
- CPA/CA desirable but not essential
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
