About The Role
If you have passion for maintaining properties & believe that places provide pleasant experiences to people, we have an exciting opportunity for you! The Property Supervisor is a unique role, providing hands-on leadership to Grounds and Maintenance staff working within the Kepnock cluster.
The position is responsible for ensuring all applicable legislative and policy requirements are met, scheduled, ad-hoc maintenance is performed, and the properties and grounds are in a presentable condition. This role's responsibilities include overseeing the grounds and maintenance for multiple sites, including a Residential Aged Care, Retirement Village and Home Care site in the Bundaberg area and a School in Hervey Bay.
This position requires availability from late June 2026.
What do you need for the role?
- Certification and/or significant experience in maintenance, carpentry/building, groundskeeping or trade-related fields
- Demonstrated leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and/or experience in gardening and grounds maintenance
- Knowledge and/or experience in the maintenance of small machinery and equipment
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Suitability for Working with Children card (Blue Card)
