About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Employer Growth, you'll play a critical part in securing new employer partnerships and driving membership growth across key segments. You'll help shape our growth priorities—identifying opportunities, influencing decision‑makers, and delivering commercial outcomes that reinforce CareSuper's position as the preferred default fund.

In this role you will:

  • Drive employer acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and converting new and existing employer opportunities to position CareSuper as their preferred default fund and grow membership and FUM.
  • Understand employer needs, challenges, and workforce profiles to deliver tailored superannuation solutions that enhance employer value and member outcomes.
  • Partner with the broader Growth and Partnerships team to build pipeline, qualify leads, progress tender opportunities, and support the successful acquisition of default employer arrangements
  • Collaborate across the Growth & Partnerships team to advance acquisition activities and execute aligned growth strategies.
  • Develop and maintain influential relationships with HR leaders, CFOs, COOs, and other C‑suite stakeholders to deepen engagement and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Deliver seamless onboarding for new employers, maximising member uptake and supporting early retention metrics.
  • Provide a premium employer and member experience that strengthens satisfaction, retention, and long‑term fund growth.

What we're looking for

We're on the lookout for passionate individuals who embody our values. We're after someone who's driven by positively influencing our members retirement and driving positive outcomes for the fund. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience working in business development relationship management, member or similar roles with a preference for superannuation financial services experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging, persuasive pitch presentations to C‑suite audiences
  • Proven capability to develop and maintain high‑value stakeholder relationships that drive commercial outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting and report writing
  • Familiar with use of CRM systems in particular Dynamics
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • A willingness to travel, possess a current driver's license and are able to attend meetings/events outside of hours.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure
  • Resilience and the ability to adapt to change, displaying a growth mindset approach to problem solving.
  • Tertiary qualified in a business or associated discipline
  • RG146 qualifications
