In - house Counsel (4+), Real Estate

We’re partnering with a well-backed real estate business on their search for an in-house counsel to join the team for a 12 month contract.

The role reports into the Head of Legal and you will join a close-knit team working across a mix of front-end property development and broad commercial matters.

Responsibilities

• Property acquisitions, leasing & development projects
• Major construction and procurement contracts
• BAU commercial matters (IP, IT, marketing, compliance)
• Regulatory advice (incl. retirement living frameworks)
• Partnering closely with the business on strategic projects

About you

• You'll have at least 4 years PAE across property, development, or projects either from top/mid tier firm or in-house).
• You will be proactive and commercially minded who enjoys being close to the action.
• You’re comfortable navigating complexity and can translate legal advice into practical outcomes.
