About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex, high-risk technology products and services that support NESA's strategic transformation objectives.
This role combines project delivery leadership with Agile and Scrum Master responsibilities, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and achieve meaningful outcomes for users and stakeholders. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of agility, collaboration and continuous improvement while supporting the delivery of innovative technology solutions across the organisation.

On a Day-to-day Basis You Will Be Responsible For
- Planning and managing the delivery of complex products and services using Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Leading and coaching delivery teams to achieve key milestones, manage dependencies and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Acting as Scrum Master to promote Agile practices, continuous improvement and effective team performance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving issues to support successful delivery outcomes.
- Monitoring delivery performance, identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies, and escalating matters where required.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives through evaluation, customer feedback, process optimisation and lessons learned.
- Preparing governance artefacts, reports and delivery documentation to support informed decision-making and organisational transparency.
- Working with product owners, vendors and business stakeholders to support delivery planning, resource management and prioritisation.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of complex technology, digital or business transformation initiatives using Agile delivery frameworks and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong project management capability, with experience managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, governance and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and build trusted relationships across all organisational levels.
- Experience leading teams through change, embedding Agile ways of working and supporting the adoption of new processes and practices.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines and evolving stakeholder requirements while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes and customer experience.
- Experience coaching, mentoring and developing team capability in delivery management, Agile practices and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to influence senior staff and internal working teams.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service in a regulated or government setting is highly desirable, with relevant certifications or demonstrated platform expertise preferred.
