We are currently expanding and seeking experienced, passionate General Insurance Factual Investigators across Australia to join our world-class team.

THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you will leverage your proven expertise to investigate General Insurance (Property and Motor) claims. You will operate with a deep understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice, relevant legislation, and core investigative principles.

Your main responsibilities will include

• Professional Interviewing: conducting high-quality interviews across various formats, including both desk-based and face-to-face.
• Evidence Analysis: critically analysing evidence and proactively identifying avenues for further inquiry.
• Discrepancy Resolution: thoroughly investigating inconsistencies in evidence with a keen eye for detail.
• Reporting: preparing clear, objective, and comprehensive reports that canvass the evidence in a timely manner.

WHAT SETS YOU APART?

We are looking for sharp, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their work. To be successful, you will need:

• A valid Investigator Licence
• A current Australian Driver Licence
• Demonstrable experience as a proficient factual investigator
• Strong computer literacy (e.g. Internet, Word, Excel, Google Workspace, Gmail)
• Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute)
• High-level written and verbal communication skills
• A strong customer focus and the ability to follow exact instructions
• Eligibility to pass a satisfactory criminal history and reference check
