Step into a role where strong business design and delivery discipline and practical leadership turn change into real outcomes. As the Operational Change Design & Delivery Lead, you will shape how initiatives move from intent to execution, strengthening how work is designed, structured, and delivered across the team. You will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams, translating plans into action and ensuring change lands smoothly and predictably. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, solving problems early, and uplifting how change is consistently delivered in complex and evolving environments.

This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end‑to‑end operational design and delivery of change initiatives, ensuring clear definition, sequencing, and traceability from strategic intent through to measurable business outcomes.
  • Shape and uplift the team’s business design capability by embedding consistent frameworks, standards, and practices that strengthen how change is structured and translated into delivery.
  • Translate strategic, regulatory, and customer needs into pragmatic operational designs that balance outcomes, risk, capacity, and delivery feasibility across complex environments.
  • Partner with stakeholders to co-design delivery approaches, aligning priorities, surfacing trade-offs early, and ensuring dependencies and constraints are actively managed.
  • Drive integrated delivery by aligning design intent with execution, collaborating closely with Technology and Operations to ensure sustainable, implementable outcomes.
  • Build and mature systems of work, including design standards, governance, and knowledge sharing, to continuously improve how change is designed, planned, and delivered.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience designing and delivering change, with ability to translate complex ideas into structured, actionable plans.
  • Capability to uplift team practices, embedding consistent and practical approaches to design and delivery.
  • Strength in systems thinking, connecting strategy, design, and execution across multiple initiatives.
  • Confidence partnering with stakeholders to shape problems, clarify outcomes, and navigate trade-offs collaboratively.
  • Experience working in complex environments, balancing customer, risk, governance, and delivery considerations.
  • Clear communication skills, making complex concepts easy to understand and apply in practice.
