Are you an established recruiter with a strong network across Real Estate Investment, Funds Management, Asset Management, Private Capital, and Property?

We are partnering with a leading specialist recruitment business seeking an experienced Principal or Director-level recruiter to take ownership of a highly established desk within their Sydney office.

This is a genuine opportunity to step into a market-leading position with significant existing revenue, longstanding client relationships, and immediate earning potential.

The Opportunity

This is a true 360 recruitment role, focused on senior-level appointments across:

With an established client portfolio and a desk generating in excess of $800,000 in annual billings, you'll have the platform, brand, and support to accelerate your success from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and growing an established, high-performing recruitment desk
• Leveraging your existing network across investment and property markets
• Developing strategic client partnerships with leading funds, investors, developers, and advisory firms
• Executing retained and contingent search assignments at senior management through executive level
• Driving business development and identifying new market opportunities
• Mentoring and influencing colleagues as a senior leader within the business
• Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in 360 recruitment
• Strong network within Real Estate Investment, Funds Management, Asset Management, Financial Services, Property, or related sectors
• Demonstrated billing history at Senior Consultant, Principal, Associate Director, Director, or equivalent level
• Commercially driven with a consultative approach to business development
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
• Ambition to further develop a market-leading practice
