As the business continues to expand, an exciting opportunity has emerged for a Manager – Capital & Distribution to join the Capital Team in a pivotal role focused on managing and growing relationships across the firm's private wealth investor base.
Reporting into senior leadership, this role will play a key part in supporting capital raising initiatives, investor engagement and the ongoing management of strategic relationships.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded and relationship-driven professional to join a high-growth investment platform and become a trusted representative of the business to investors, advisers and key stakeholders.
While experience within funds management, private markets or real estate investment is highly regarded, we are equally interested in exceptional individuals from adjacent sectors who bring strong intellect, commercial judgement and outstanding people skills.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and gain exposure to capital raising, investor relations, product strategy and the broader growth agenda of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships across Assembly's private wealth investor network
- Support capital raising initiatives across existing and future investment opportunities
- Partner with advisers, high-net-worth investors and key distribution channels
- Assist in the development and execution of capital management and distribution strategies
- Prepare investor communications, presentations and reporting materials
- Identify opportunities to deepen investor engagement and enhance client experience
- Work collaboratively with investment, operations and leadership teams to support business growth
- Represent the business professionally at investor meetings, industry events and stakeholder engagements
About You
We are seeking a high-calibre individual with strong commercial instincts, excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with a broad range of stakeholders.
You may come from funds management, wealth management, private banking, financial advice, consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking or another relationship-focused commercial environment.
