Recruitment/Executive Search Research Associate

Due to business growth both domestically and internationally, we are seeking an experienced researcher to join our team. This is an opportunity to advance your career in recruitment/executive search in a small knit team which prioritises career growth and learning.

About the role

This is a varied role which forms the backbone of the business. Some key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist other consultants/senior researchers with finding suitable candidates for client roles across the insurance industry through sourcing candidates on our database, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Conduct market mapping and market research
• Assist with upgrading and maintaining our internal client/candidate database including updating company organisation charts, client and candidate details
• Source new candidates using a variety of methods, including referrals, job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Assist with managing and growing our relationships with candidates and clients
• Assist with market mapping and report writing for executive search assignments for senior roles in the insurance, government, and technology industries

About you

• Around 3-4 years’ experience working in a recruitment agency or executive search firm
• Exceptional organisational skills, with a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to pick up on new concepts and learn quickly
• A team player
• Ability to build strong working and client relationships at all levels
• The ability to stay up to date with competitor information and market trends
