Senior Event Producer

You’ll be a key part of our passionate team, working on everything from intimate experiences to large-scale sporting events, corporate hospitality, and brand activations.

From the first client conversation to seeing the final concept come alive, you’ll be supported by a close-knit crew of experienced event professionals who genuinely love what they do - and are always up for creating something extraordinary.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the end-to-end delivery of diverse events - from small-scale moments to complex, high-impact experiences.
• Collaborating with our talented team, trusted suppliers, and valued stakeholders to turn briefs into beautifully executed events.
• Being hands-on onsite - sometimes as part of a team, sometimes leading it - to bring our shared vision to life.
• Partnering closely with our Director’s to plan, finesse, and deliver exceptional outcomes, while lending your support across other projects as needed.
• Nurturing and growing strong, respectful relationships with our clients - because we know great work starts with great people.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a seasoned event producer who leads with purpose and delivers with precision. You know how to bring ambitious concepts to life, and you’ve earned a reputation for being both creatively sharp and operationally solid.

You understand that the best experiences come from working as one team - with clients, suppliers, and internal crew all aligned.

You’re strategic, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure. Whether it’s a high-impact brand activation or a complex sporting event, you take full ownership and always find a way to elevate the outcome.

You also know how to lead and inspire others, creating space for junior team members to learn and thrive.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end events - ideally across sport, brand, and public major event space.
• Ability to translate briefs into concepts, manage budgets, develop run sheets and critical event documentation (permits, OH&S, risk management, etc.).
• Confidence in client communication and relationship development, with a consultative and solutions-driven mindset.
• Leadership capabilities - mentoring juniors and collaborating with stakeholders of all levels.
• Strong time management and decision-making under pressure, with the ability to pivot fast when needed.
• Readiness to travel and lead onsite delivery where required.
