Seeking a Capital Transactions Analyst to join a growing acquisitions and asset management team.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure across commercial, retail and residential assets while working alongside experienced property professionals on acquisitions, portfolio analysis and investment reporting.

The Opportunity

As a Capital Transactions Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting acquisition activities, portfolio performance analysis and investment decision-making. Working across a diverse property portfolio, you'll undertake detailed financial modelling, market research and due diligence to identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.

This role offers excellent exposure to capital transactions and asset management within a dynamic and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analysis and investment modelling for acquisitions and capital transactions
• Conduct market research across commercial, retail and residential property sectors
• Maintain and analyse sales and leasing evidence databases
• Support acquisition and disposal activities through due diligence and returns analysis
• Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to ongoing investment reporting
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
• Prepare presentations and reports for investors and key stakeholders

About You

We're looking for a motivated and analytical professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a career in property investment.

You will ideally have:

• 1–5 years' experience as a Property Analyst, Commercial Valuer or similar role
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Forbury (highly regarded)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and contribute
