• Licensed Surveyor / WFH - No travel required
• Up to $175,000 Total Package / + Performance Bonuses

A well-established survey business with a superb reputation is now searching for a Licensed Surveyor to help with the growth of the business. This is a rewarding opportunity to develop your experience as a licensed surveyor, making key decisions alongside other senior stakeholders in the business. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed and will be rewarded.

The business has an enormous amount of work, so you are not required to do much client-facing work/bring in business. You will be able to WFH as much as you like with no requirement for you to be in the office, unless you want to.

About The Licensed Surveyor Role

• Preparing accurate survey plans, drawings, and reports in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Preparing, lodging and monitoring land division applications through the portal.
• Occasionally liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Providing expert advice and guidance on surveying-related matters

Licensed Surveyor Experience & Skills

• Licensed Surveyor in Australia
• Strong understanding of cadastral principles, land surveying laws, and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
