Salary: $130,000-$160,000

About the Role

As a Manager within the Tax and Business Advisory team, you will step into a pivotal leadership role designed for a driven, client-focused professional. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will lead a dedicated team, manage your own growing fee base, and deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading client relationships in a confident, professional, and strategic manner
  • Consulting with clients and delivering high-quality advice on complex tax and financial matters
  • Leading, mentoring, and coaching junior staff with confidence, empathy, and accountability
  • Driving team performance, including financial targets, monthly billings, write-offs, and profitability outcomes
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other business units to support a holistic service offering
  • Supporting the implementation of divisional strategic goals and specific business projects
  • Actively managing and growing your own fee base

About You

You will ideally bring:

  • CA or CPA qualification (fully completed)
  • 8+ years of public practice experience with demonstrated expertise in both tax compliance and advisory services
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and driving the financial performance of a team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-relationship management skills
  • A highly organised, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A client-centric mindset with strong attention to detail and strategic insight
