We're partnering with a highly regarded construction business seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to take ownership across project marketing, content, digital campaigns, events, and business development support.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the property development lifecycle and enjoys working in a project-driven environment where they can see the direct impact of their work.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating and managing content across social media, website, and EDMs
  • Supporting project marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Assisting with tender submissions and business development activity
  • Coordinating events, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintaining website content and brand consistency

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Previous experience within property development, construction, real estate, architecture, or the broader built environment sector
  • Strong content creation and campaign management skills
  • Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe InDesign, WordPress, or similar tools
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
