Accounts Receivable Officer

Your role will be essential in maintaining the company's Accounts Receivable function, ensuring customers are supported while helping the business maintain healthy cash flow.

Whilst this role will not involve debt collection calls, regular communication with clients will be a key aspect of the position.

Your responsibilities will include

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable process, including payment allocations, reconciliations, and follow-ups
• Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices for services rendered
• Monitor customer accounts and proactively manage overdue balances with the credit team and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
• Respond to customer queries and resolve billing discrepancies promptly
• Assist with month-end reporting and AR-related financial tasks
• Support process improvement initiatives and help implement AR best practices

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience of Accounts Receivable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central is desirable
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
