An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre Strategy Analyst to join the Investments Division in a newly created role, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

This is a rare opportunity to work at the centre of the business, partnering with senior leaders across investments, development, asset management, operations and corporate functions to help drive strategic decision-making and business performance.

The Opportunity

As Strategy Analyst, you will support key business initiatives through rigorous analysis, strategic research and data-driven insights. You will work on a broad range of projects, helping leadership evaluate opportunities, optimise performance and make informed decisions across the portfolio and wider organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quantitative analysis and strategic insights to support executive decision-making
• Develop financial, operational and scenario-based models to evaluate business opportunities and risks
• Analyse portfolio, market and business performance data to identify trends and opportunities
• Support strategic planning, business improvement and transformation initiatives
• Conduct market research, benchmarking and competitive analysis across property and investment sectors
• Prepare presentations, reports and recommendations for senior leadership and investment committees
• Partner with stakeholders across investments, development, asset management, finance and operations
• Assist in the development of business cases and strategic initiatives across the organisation

About You

We are seeking an intellectually curious and commercially minded analyst who enjoys solving complex problems and influencing decision-making through data and insight.

You will ideally possess:

• 3–5 years' experience in strategy, corporate development, investment analysis, management consulting, investment banking, funds management or a related analytical environment
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced modelling skills
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect data to strategic outcomes
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A proactive, collaborative and intellectually curious approach
