The Role

The Vice President Finance, Corporate Transformation is responsible for leading a large-scale global program of initiatives that reshape the organisation’s global operations and performance. This role partners with C-suite leaders to drive execution of transformation projects and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives.

This is a newly created role with a strong focus on enterprise transformation, working across global teams to deliver measurable improvements in performance, cost, and productivity. You will operate in a highly complex environment, influencing senior stakeholders and driving sustainable change outcomes.

Based in Brisbane HQ, this role will also involve collaboration with global functions including technology, procurement, commercial and finance, with some international travel required.

  • Oversee the design, implementation and tracking of global transformation initiatives
  • Track KPIs and ensure accountability for transformation outcomes and EBIT improvement
  • Manage budgets, timelines and resources across global teams
  • Partner with senior leaders across technology, operations, HR and finance
  • Lead global program office governance, reporting and executive alignment
  • Drive corporate finance activities including budgeting, forecasting and analysis

What You’ll Bring

  • You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy or related field; MBA preferred
  • Senior leadership experience in strategy, finance or transformation
  • Proven success leading global transformation in complex organisations
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Experience in digital transformation, organisational redesign and continuous improvement
