Our client, specialising in the design and development of integrated solar and energy storage systems is looking for a Technical Support/Customer Service (Solar).

Job Description

  • Provide after sales technical support on solar & battery products.
  • Responding to inbound calls & emails and offering the appropriate solution.
  • Assist customer with WO warranty replacement/installation arrangements
  • Providing onsite installation instructions (willing to learn)

Experiences & Requirements

  • Bilingual - English & Mandarin speaker (preferred)
  • Prior customer services experiences (phone calls, emails, diagnosis, solutions, CRM, WO, SOPs, etc.)
  • Full work rights in Australia
