Business Services Manager

A well-established Perth accounting and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to lead client engagements and a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, overseeing workflow and ensuring quality and compliance
• Provide strategic tax and business advice including income tax planning, CGT, Div 7A loans, FBT, trust and partnership distributions, business structuring, cash flow management, and succession planning
• Act as a primary client contact for high-value clients, liaising with external advisors as required
• Drive process improvements and provide technical guidance within the team
• Stay current with taxation, and accounting standards, keeping both the team and clients well-informed

About You

• CA/CPA qualified, with 2+ years' experience at Manager level in public practice
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and reviewing staff
• Strong communicator, able to translate complex financial advice into clear, practical guidance for clients
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple client portfolios and deadlines
• A curious, strategic thinker with a commercial mindset who looks ahead and finds better ways
