Analyst – Industrial Real Estate (Capital Markets)
An exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Capital Markets team in Sydney. You'll take on a key support role across major commercial transactions, contributing directly to exceptional client outcomes.
What you'll do
- Financial modelling and asset pricing (DCF, capital valuation models)
- Prepare IMs, submissions, executive summaries, and marketing materials
- Support campaign management from listing to settlement
- Maintain CRM, sales evidence database, and track records
- Draft press releases, LinkedIn posts, and client-facing presentations
- Liaise with valuers, solicitors, and conjunctional agents
What we're looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Finance, or related discipline
- Experience in commercial property, ideally in an advisory or transactions role
- Strong written skills — submissions, reports, and client correspondence
- Valuations experience and financial modelling capability
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
