Leuca is Australia's first vodka water, made with 3 simple ingredients: premium vodka, natural fruit flavour, and water. Each can contains zero sugar, zero carbs, zero fizz and is under 74 calories. Built for the modern drinker who wants to feel good while they drink and better the morning after.
We launched in July 2025 and have scaled to 120+ NSW stockists in just 10 months and continue to expand rapidly. The no-fizz category in Australia is ours to define, and we're moving fast to do it. This role is a big part of that.
The role
Leuca isn't just a vodka water. It's a brand built for a generation that drinks differently and TikTok is where that story gets told.
We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator who gets that. Someone who understands that the best brand content doesn't feel like an ad, it feels like something worth watching twice and sending to a friend. You'll be the creative force behind how Leuca sounds and shows up on TikTok, with full ownership of the account from day one.
This role is deliverables-based, not a traditional job. You won't be clocking in. You'll be aligned with the founders once a week on direction and ideas, then given complete creative freedom to execute. You post, you reply to comments and DMs, you find the trends before everyone else does, and you make content that actually moves people toward a bottle shop.
The right person has a clear path to grow into a bigger role as the brand scales.
You'll have
- An instinctive feel for TikTok…you understand the FYP the way some people understand sport or fashion: obsessively + naturally
- Screen time that would concern most people, and you're completely at peace with it
- Your own content you can show us: a personal account, a side project, anything that proves you can make stuff that hits
- CapCut/Premiere Pro experience, or the willingness to learn it fast
- Genuine enthusiasm for the Leuca brand: you're a fan, or you become one the moment you try it
- The ability to work independently and take real ownership: you don't need to be told what to post
Bonus points
- You've built an audience of your own, however small
- You've done brand or creator content before
No formal qualifications or experience required. A portfolio of your own content is worth more to us than any degree/qualification.
You'll be expected to
- Film, edit, and post 12 TikTok videos per month (roughly 3 per week), start to finish, independently
- Stay ahead of trends and know how to make Leuca part of them without it feeling forced
- Manage the TikTok community, replying to comments and DMs in a way that's warm, fast, and on-brand
- Join a weekly ideation call (or ideally meet in person) with the founders to align on themes, upcoming moments, and campaign ideas, then take those ideas and run with them
- Attend Leuca events when relevant, and turn them into content
- Track what's working and share a simple monthly recap, what hit, what didn't, what's next
The Pay
This role is deliverables-based, you're paid for output, not hours.
- Base retainer: $1,500/month on delivery of monthly deliverables (12 videos)
- Performance bonus pool: up to $500/month, unlocked through view milestones and follower growth
- Total monthly earning potential: up to $2,000

What You'll Make: The list below is a guide, not a brief. If you have a series idea, a format, or a content style you think would land for Leuca, bring it. That kind of thinking is exactly what we're looking for.
- Trend content: audio-led clips, meme formats, cultural moments. You spot what's moving and you make Leuca part of it before everyone else does
- BTS content: the real, unfiltered side of building a drink brand from the ground up e.g. production days, stockist visits, founder moments, the chaos behind the cans
- Tasting content: live, unscripted reactions to people trying Leuca for the first time. The more genuine the better
- Street interviews: man-on-the-street style questions and vox pops. You approach strangers, you get them talking, you make it watchable
- Event content: Leuca tastings, activations, and brand moments captured in real time and turned into content that lives beyond the night
- Stockist content: walking into bottle shops, finding Leuca on the shelf, showing people where to find it. Discovery content that drives real purchase intent
- Product education: making "what actually is vodka water" feel interesting. The kind of content that answers what people are already thinking and earns new followers doing it
- Founder content: occasionally putting Matt, Justin or Shaun in front of the camera. You brief it, you film it.
- Comment reply videos: turning top comments into the next piece of content.
One important thing: this is a people-facing role. You're not just behind the camera, you are the content. Confidence in front of the lens isn't a bonus. It's the job.
Growth
The right person grows with the brand. More channels, bigger budget, and a higher retainer are all on the table for someone who proves themselves here. For an outstanding candidate, equity in the company is also a conversation we're open to having!

Bonus (highly recommended): Tell us how you'd relaunch our TikTok (@drinkleuca). We've just got our account back after a few months off. For context we have 1,200 followers, ~2-3k average views. How do you come back with a bang? Write it, film it, voice note it, make a deck, we don't care how you present it. Candidates who nail this go straight to the top of the pile. The more creative the better.
Interview Process
We keep it simple:
- Quick intro call, 20–30 mins with one of the founders. We want to get a feel for you, you get a feel for us. No trick questions
- Portfolio & strategy session, 30–45 mins, on a call or ideally in person. We'll walk through your content together and if you completed the bonus application step, we'd love to hear you present your TikTok relaunch strategy. This is where you get to show us how you think
- That's it, if it's a fit, we move fast
