A leading federal department is looking for for a Senior Pega Business Analyst and Pega Content Analyst

Role Type - 12 months contract with 12 months extension option

Location - VIC , ACT , NSW , QLD . ( Hybrid working arrangements)

Australian citizenship is mandatory ( Preference for people who already hold Baseline or NV1 clearence)

Job Details - Pega Business Analyst

Location of work - QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW

  • Preparing and facilitating regular workshops with stakeholders to identify and document business needs using design thinking principles and techniques;
  • Preparing, facilitating and attending playbacks to ensure continual alignment of stakeholder needs and expectations;
  • Participating in project team design workshops and facilitating walkthrough reviews of designs where applicable;
  • Documenting and reviewing specifications under the oversight of the Enterprise Business Solution Lead and Lead Pega Business Analysts;
  • Facilitating and attending specification walkthroughs, handovers and forums to assist in EBS
  • Pega Platform and Cloud Pega Platform priorities and deliverables;
  • Facilitating the triage, including the prioritisation, of system defects and issues;
  • Supporting the section with internal and external Pega Quality reviews;
  • Mentoring and upskilling staff in using the EBS Pega Platform and Cloud Pega Platform, with emphasis upon ensuring that sound user experience design principles are always at the forefront of EBS solutions;

The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables, including but not limited to:

Content & Knowledge Management

  • Develop, review, and manage content within Pega Knowledge, ensuring adherence to organisational standards
  • Configure and manage dynamic content for multiple channels
  • Create both internal and external digital content
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across repetitive, routine tasks in high-volume environments

Technical Documentation & Communication

  • Produce technical content and communication documentation (online portals, newsletters, flyers, and posters as required)
  • Plan, design, and develop highly engaging informational, training, and reference materials, including interactive help guides, fact sheets, quick reference guides, and user manuals

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Guide business stakeholders and triage requests to ensure alignment with governance and execution mandates
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Work with a range of stakeholders including business and technical subject matter experts, project team members, and business analysts
  • Interact with staff to test and assess strategies and approaches to documentation and communication products
