Are you already immersed in the wine industry and ready for a role that gets you out from behind the desk and into wineries, tastings, vintage discussions and real customer partnerships?

VinOak Australia, part of the Cork Supply Australia family, is searching for an energetic and commercially driven Account Manager to help grow our premium oak portfolio across Australia.

This is not your typical sales role.

One day you could be in the barrel hall with a winemaker discussing stylistic direction for next vintage. The next, you could be presenting technical oak solutions, hosting tastings, attending industry events or travelling internationally to strengthen supplier relationships and expand market opportunities.

The Opportunity

Based in Regency Park, South Australia, this role will focus on:

  • Growing and managing existing customer relationships across Australia
  • Developing new business opportunities within the wine and spirits sectors
  • Supporting winemakers with technical oak and stylistic solutions
  • Leading product trials and tastings
  • Coordinating orders, logistics and inventory support
  • Representing VinOak at industry events, seminars and customer functions
  • Building the VinOak brand as a trusted premium industry partner

About You

You’re someone who:

  • Already understands the wine industry and speaks the language of winemakers and well versed in oak
  • Loves building relationships and earning trust
  • Has experience in barrels, oak products, cooperages or premium wine production
  • Brings energy, curiosity and commercial drive
  • Enjoys travel, customer engagement and industry involvement
  • Wants to be part of a business with ambition and personality

Ideally You’ll Have

  • Previous wine industry account management or sales experience in oak
  • Exposure to cooperages, barrels or oak alternatives
  • Strong sensory understanding and appreciation of wine styles
  • Existing wine industry relationships
  • A current driver’s licence
  • Winemaking qualifications (highly regarded)
