Refined Real Estate is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our award winning team at our Plympton office. This opportunity has become available due to the planned retirement of one of our long term Property Managers, who has been with the business for 15 years.

You’ll be stepping into a well established, well run portfolio, supported by a stable and professional team.

About the role

This is an end to end Senior Property Management position suited to someone confident, organised and experienced in managing their own portfolio.

• Managing a residential portfolio end to end

• Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections

• Managing arrears, breaches and compliance

• Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades

• Handling tribunal matters where required

• Maintaining clear communication, organisation and follow through

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds current Property Manager Registration in South Australia

• Has 2+ years’ experience managing a residential portfolio independently

• Holds a current driver’s licence

• Communicates calmly, clearly and professionally

• Is confident with arrears, breaches and landlord communication

• Values structure, consistency and high standards

• Enjoys working autonomously within a supportive team environment
