Position Title: Sales & Operations Manager

Location: On-site, Adelaide-based

A well-established flexible workspace network is opening a new Adelaide location and needs a commercially driven Sales & Operations Manager to own it from the ground up - driving occupancy, revenue, member experience, and day-to-day operations under one remit.

This is a rare opportunity to be the founding operator of a new site with real strategic importance to the broader business. What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase occupancy, and retain members
  • Manage inbound and outbound enquiries, conduct tours, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the facility runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimise financial and operational performance
  • Implement and review operational policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements for the site
  • Collaborate with the group marketing team to develop local campaigns and identify market opportunities
  • Represent the business at local events and networking gatherings to build brand presence and forge strategic partnerships
  • Once occupancy targets are achieved, hire, train, and lead a Community Manager — building a high-performing, collaborative team

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and operational management
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to consistently achieve revenue and occupancy targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with minimal supervision
  • An innovative, solutions-focused approach to identifying and capitalising on opportunities
  • Leadership qualities and experience building and managing teams
