Join our Shared Services function where you’ll play a vital role in supporting core commercial operations across procurement, purchasing, payments, and administrative processes. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where compliance, accuracy, and timely financial execution are key to business success.

What you’ll do

  • Support end-to-end purchasing processes, including raising and managing Purchase Orders in line with company frameworks
  • Process invoice receipting efficiently and accurately, working closely with Accounts Payable and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with vendor onboarding and maintain accurate supplier master data
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and payment processes, including responding to queries and providing guidance
  • Assist with contract administration and respond to internal and external commercial enquiries

What we are looking for

  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 – highly regarded
  • Solid understanding of purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and procurement processes
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume transactional workloads while meeting deadlines
  • Confident engaging with diverse stakeholders, including Accounts Payable teams and internal business partners
