In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering claims and recovery at work services, you’ll support the Injury & Health Solutions team in ensuring timely, accurate and compliant claims processing across the Transport cluster.

This role will see you provide essential administrative support, coordinate incident notifications, manage claims documentation, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll gain exposure to a complex regulatory environment and develop your skills in claims management systems, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.

About You

Your attention to detail, communication skills and customer service mindset, formed across roles in insurance, administration or health services, will see you overcome regulatory challenges and bring process consistency to lead to improved claims outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

You're recognised as a reliable team player, skilled at coordinating workflows and communicating clearly, experienced in supporting claims or customer service functions, and adept at using Microsoft Office applications to manage tasks effectively.
