The Pharmacy Department at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital is seeking a permanent part-time Pharmacist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment with an excellent workplace culture.

Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital pharmacy department
What You'll Be Doing
To provide pharmaceutical care to consumers within the NSLHD including pharmacist support to the service being provided. To provide education and medicines information services to consumers, carers and families, and other health care professionals. To participate as active members of multi-disciplinary teams.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria
- Must hold registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated well developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use health information systems.
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in the provision of Pharmacy services to consumers, carers and families requiring medication reconciliation, dispensing and dosing.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage workload demands, meet deadlines and complete activities (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required).
