About The Role

• In this rewarding role, you’ll empower clients to live safely and independently in their own homes while staying connected to their community.
• You’ll provide meaningful social support, assist with transport and shopping, and create enjoyable outings that enhance quality of life.
• You’ll also deliver personal care with dignity and respect, support clients with domestic tasks and meal preparation
• Most importantly, offer warm, reliable companionship that truly makes a difference every day.

• A wide range of weekday shifts available (Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm) with a minimum of 3 days availability required

What we are looking for

• A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is a MUST.
• Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training.
• Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable, current Nursing students will also be considered.
• Experience in aged care within the community is highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle is a MUST.
• Current First Aid/CPR certificate, Police check, NDIS Worker screening check and Working with Children Check (mandatory) or willingness to obtain.
