About the role

We are looking for a self- motivated Recruitment Consultant to drive the growth of our Professionals team (white collar) in NSW.

You will have an opportunity to develop relationships with our evergrowing client base.

Your day will include

• Developing new business opportunities for both temp and perm opportunities
• Running the full recruitment process for filling vacant roles - both temp and perm
• Manage temp and contracted staff
• Building long lasting relationships with existing clients
• Growing a talent pool to keep up with client demand
• Collaborating with the wider teams

About you

• Have a track record of developing business and providing service excellence
• Strong business acumen
• Experience using a Recruitment based CRM (target recruit a bonus)
• Communicate and influence effectively
• The ability to lead and be a self-starter
