ABOUT THE ROLE

Mounties Health & Fitness are currently seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our close-knit team as a Learn to Swim Instructor on a part-time and casual basis.

As a Learn to Swim Instructor, you will help create a fun, safe and supportive environment where children can build confidence and develop their swimming skills. You will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons, maintaining a strong focus on safety, and assisting with the day-to-day operation of our aquatic programs.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

  • Energetic, reliable and passionate about teaching swimming
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Enjoy working with children and being part of a supportive team environment
  • AUSTSWIM Accreditation certificate - Teacher of swimming and water safety
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Working with Children Check (if 18 years or older)
  • Availability to work a flexible roster including weekdays, weekends and afternoons.
