Yo-Chi Surry Hills is looking for an additional Assistant Venue Manager to join the leadership team. You'll work alongside the Venue Manager and fellow leaders to drive the vibe, support the team, and help create an incredible guest experience in one of Sydney's busiest Yo-Chi venues.

What you'll be doing

Run shifts and set the tone – high energy, smooth service, strong team vibes

Support your Venue Manager and wider leadership team with rostering, stock ordering, cash handling, and day to day operations

Keep product quality and food safety standards on point

Coach your team, build confidence, and help people grow

Keep the venue looking sharp and running safely

Drive performance – hit KPIs, manage costs, and keep things on track

What we're looking for

Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR

Skilled in stock management, rostering, and KPIs

Available across a rotating Monday to Sunday roster

People-first leader who brings energy and builds a strong team culture

Calm under pressure and thrives in busy environments

Someone who loves collaborating with other leaders and contributing to a strong leadership team
