The Role

As a Casual Educator, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to choose when you work, while making a genuine difference in children’s lives every single day.

• Creating safe, warm, and nurturing learning environments where children feel a strong sense of belonging
• Supporting each child’s individual learning journey through play-based and intentional teaching
• Building positive, respectful, and trusting relationships with families and colleagues
• Upholding the values, ethics, and best practices of the early childhood profession

About You

You bring heart, curiosity and a passion for early learning

You also have:

• Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (or studying)
• A commitment to child and cultural safety
• An understanding of reporting obligations
• A collaborative, inclusive approach
