About the role

We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a high-performing team of TA Consultants in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ recruitment or coordination experience who enjoys building relationships, working with people, and keeping recruitment processes moving.

You’ll play a key role in candidate engagement, sourcing, and coordination across roles within the construction and mining sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Post and manage job advertisements on SEEK, LinkedIn and internal platforms
  • Screen applications and support candidate shortlisting
  • Build strong rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct candidate outreach and headhunting/sourcing activities
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
  • Support pre-employment checks (references, medicals, right to work, police checks)
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS
  • Assist with onboarding and mobilisation activities

About you

  • 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment coordination, resourcing or agency support
  • Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly with candidates
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, reliable and team-oriented
  • Experience using SEEK, LinkedIn and ATS systems preferred
