THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Epping, Victoria

You will be providing professional, timely and seamless front-line support to the Management and Operations team.

ABOUT YOU

You will have had or wanting to gain experience in the following activities:

• Supporting operational HR activities, change initiatives and employee engagement.
• Support production supervisor's employee matters.
• Help with reporting and data insights to help support operational decisions, such as manning report, employee movements report, training compliance.
• Support Managers with internal queries regarding HR.
• Provide administrative support for HR matters, as required.
• Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Health & Wellbeing and Payroll departments to support business performance.
• Facilitate onboarding and induction of new team members.

Experience / Qualifications Required

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in fast paced customer service and administrative position.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management.
• Good internal and external stakeholder management.
• Able to display empathy, good conflict resolution.
• Interest in further development in Human Resources.
• Tertiary HR qualifications are preferred.
