About the Role
Haynes are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter in Mackay to join an ever growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering top-tier customer service and ensuring clients receive the right parts at the right time - you'll help maintain the client's reputation for reliability, accuracy, and service excellence.

- Pay Rate: $40.76 p/hr + penalties

Key Responsibilities
- Primarily support the workshop by sourcing parts to ensure timely and efficient execution of time-critical operations
- Assisting to provide regular flow of inventory to ensure adequate and appropriate supply and guidelines are adhered to.
- Provide Parts Interpreting services & support to Mackay Branch activities
- Make phone contact with client base when requested to increase business and promote new product and improvements
- Build relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and use of genuine parts.
- Monitor and keep informed of latest product developments and updates, using these to maximum advantage.
About You
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a parts interpreting or related industry role
- Completion or in the process of completing certificate in Parts Interpreting (desirable)
- Basic knowledge of the principles of operation of internal combustion engines (essential) and automatic transmissions (preferred).
- Undestanding or Knowledge of Hitachi products (desirable)
