About the Role

Haynes are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter in Mackay to join an ever growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering top-tier customer service and ensuring clients receive the right parts at the right time - you'll help maintain the client's reputation for reliability, accuracy, and service excellence.

• Roster:7:00am - 3:30pm
• Pay Rate: $40.76 p/hr + penalties
• Type: Casual

Key Responsibilities

• Primarily support the workshop by sourcing parts to ensure timely and efficient execution of time-critical operations
• Assisting to provide regular flow of inventory to ensure adequate and appropriate supply and guidelines are adhered to.
• Provide Parts Interpreting services & support to Mackay Branch activities
• Make phone contact with client base when requested to increase business and promote new product and improvements
• Build relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and use of genuine parts.
• Monitor and keep informed of latest product developments and updates, using these to maximum advantage.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a parts interpreting or related industry role
• Completion or in the process of completing certificate in Parts Interpreting (desirable)
• Basic knowledge of the principles of operation of internal combustion engines (essential) and automatic transmissions (preferred).
• Undestanding or Knowledge of Hitachi products (desirable)
