About the Opportunity
As a Change Manager, you’ll support the delivery of our new Property Management System and supporting systems (Gym and Spa) that will shape how we serve our members and customers across our leisure business. In this role, you’ll lead change across initiatives spanning people, process, and technology.
Working as part of our Change Practice, you’ll partner with project, technology, and business teams across RACV to design and deliver end-to-end change strategies to land a core operational platform replacement. This includes stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and readiness activities that drive meaningful adoption and long-term value.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely within project change delivery. You’ll develop and lead change, communication and engagement plans, while supporting learning that builds capability and readiness across teams. From assessing change impacts to supporting hypercare, you’ll help ensure our people are set up for success throughout delivery and beyond.
What you’ll need to be successful
- 5+ years’ demonstratable experience in leading end-to-end change management within large, complex organisations
- Exposure in high impact process and organisational change, including, corporate and frontline environments (hospitality, retail, other multi-site, service and customer-facing environments; etc)
- A hands-on approach and experience in developing and delivering impact assessments, communications and engagement approaches, and learning solutions that build capability, support adoption, and enable business readiness
- Experience designing and/or evaluating training material to create fit-for-purpose artefacts to suit RACV business needs
- Proven experience facilitating workshops and presentations to diverse audiences, with a focus on frontline employees
- Strong analytical capability with experience in assessing change impacts, measuring readiness, and tracking success through change metrics
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Prosci or PCI)
- A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously
Desirable skills
- Experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS), reservations or central reservation platforms, spa or fitness booking platforms
- Experience with change delivery in hotels, resorts, clubs, or similar guest-facing operations
- Experience with learning for frontline, shift-based teams with varied digital fluency — including train-the-trainer, super-user, and buddying models;
- Exposure to Salesforce, ERP/CRM platforms, Jira or Confluence
- Experience in emerging tech or AI (I.e. Copilot)
