The opportunity

The Senior Learning Consultant roleis responsible for designing, developing and delivering high quality, fit for purpose learning experiences which enhance individual and organisational performance.

Reporting to a Team Leader, you will:

  • Create and execute learning solutions that facilitate and enhance individual and organisational performance.
  • Provide advice and high quality consultancy services that are responsive to business needs and balance Branch objectives with organisational priorities.
  • Undertake research and analysis to inform the development of a range of contemporary, innovative, and fit for purpose learning solutions and approaches that meet individual and organisational needs.

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven ability to design, deliver, implement, and evaluate learning and development solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide advice to managers and employees in relation to learning and development initiatives.
  • Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills and experience in building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
