Senior Project Manager

Location: Melbourne

Salary: $270,000 - $330,000

A National Commercial & Residential contractor, best known for their Apartment towers in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, constructing projects up to $110m.

This builder has been operating for 10 years with a strong backing and a focus on repeat work with their key clients.

Due to strategic growth, this builder is looking to grow into Melbourne.

Opportunity

You will be a founding member of the Melbourne team, with a landmark Commercial project valued at $310m.

You will be leading this project and will have an opportunity to be apart of the business's largest project in History!

This project is set to start in 4 weeks time and will be a full ECI project.

Role

Joining as the Senior Project Manager/ Construction Manager, you will:

• Lead the planning and delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and subcontractors across all project phases.
• Oversee programme, cost control, procurement, and risk management.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client expectations.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with clients, consultants, and internal leadership.
• Provide leadership across technical coordination, commissioning, and handover processes.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• A Construction degree
• At least 10 years of Commercial Construction experience
• Experience in a similar position
• Proven Project Management experience managing commercial projects of at least $150m or above
• Experience driving and leading construction teams
• Strong understanding of building standards, codes and processes
• A willing attitude and leadership qualities
• Unlimited working rights in Australia.
