$110,000 - $125,000 + super + vehicle

We are recruiting for an experienced Building Supervisor to manage insurance repair works across West Brisbane, Ipswich and surrounding areas.

This role is suited to someone who understands the insurance repair process, can manage trades, communicate clearly with homeowners and clients, and keep multiple jobs moving from assessment through to completion.

The Role

You will oversee a portfolio of residential and light commercial insurance repair projects. You'll be responsible for coordinating trades, reviewing scopes, managing site activity, identifying variations, and ensuring repairs are completed safely, professionally and within agreed timeframes.

You will work closely with internal coordinators, estimators, clients, insurers, loss adjusters, trades and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage insurance repair jobs across West Brisbane, Ipswich and nearby areas
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers and site access
• Review scopes of work and ensure repairs are delivered correctly
• Identify variations and provide supporting information
• Monitor job progress, quality, timelines and site safety
• Liaise with homeowners, insurers, internal teams and trades
• Provide clear updates on job status and site issues
• Ensure all documentation, photos and job notes are accurate
• Drive jobs through to completion with minimal delays

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Building Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Supervisor Estimator or similar
• Insurance building repair experience highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of residential repairs, maintenance, restoration or building works
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and trades at once
• Good communication skills with homeowners and clients
• Strong organisation and problem-solving ability
• QBCC licence or relevant trade/building background preferred
• Ideally based in West Brisbane, Ipswich or nearby areas
