Troocoo is proud to be partnering with The Lottery Corporation to appoint a Marketing Manager – Media Activation & Measurement to join their Media Studio team.

The Media Studio operates as a centralised centre of excellence responsible for the activation, execution, and measurement of digital media across The Lottery Corporation’s portfolio of brands. Working closely with business pillars across the organisation, the team delivers specialist capability across programmatic activation, ad operations, and measurement to ensure campaigns are executed consistently, efficiently, and with measurable impact.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital media leader to drive activation excellence, optimise campaign performance, and lead capability across a sophisticated, data-led media environment. Working closely with Planning, Analytics, Marketing, Technology, and Data teams, you will ensure best-practice execution, measurement, and operational excellence across Media Studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead activation, optimisation, and performance measurement across digital campaigns.
  • Translate media strategy into scalable programmatic and ad tech execution.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery including implementation, QA, and optimisation.
  • Oversee inventory activation and supply performance across media marketplaces.
  • Ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and measurement frameworks across campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate campaign and platform data across reporting environments.
  • Drive automation, process improvement, and operational efficiencies across Media Studio.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across activation and ad operations.

About You

You’re a commercially minded media leader who combines strong technical capability with a passion for operational excellence, team leadership, and performance optimisation.

You will bring:

  • Extensive experience across digital media activation, programmatic, and ad operations environments.
  • Strong understanding of DSPs, ad servers, inventory ecosystems, and campaign delivery processes.
  • Experience implementing tagging, tracking, and measurement frameworks.
  • Strong capability working with reporting environments, dashboards, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to optimise delivery and measurement outcomes.
  • Experience driving process improvement, automation, and operational maturity.
  • Proven people leadership experience developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration capability.
