We’re now looking for a Systems Engineer to help keep our platforms running smoothly, securely, and at scale.
You’ll also support after-hours maintenance when needed to keep critical systems running.

Let’s Talk About You
As our Systems Engineer you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes:
- Design, build and maintain core infrastructure systems
- Keep systems secure, reliable and highly available
- Diagnose and fix issues across production environments
- Manage patching, upgrades and vulnerability remediation
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Support change management and rollout activities with minimal disruption
- Work closely with engineers and stakeholders across the business
How will you support our “Why?”
- Strong experience managing on-prem infrastructure (VMware / KVM, bare metal)
- Solid Linux experience is essential (RedHat/CentOS), with Windows admin skills also valued
- Experience with automation tools – Ansible is essential, with Terraform or Puppet desirable
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (GitLab essential)
- Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals
- A proactive mindset – you don’t wait for problems, you fix them before they happen
