We are working with a leading national commercial law firm seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel (5+ PQE) to join its growing Commercial team. This role is open to part-time candidates and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters without the need for a full-time commitment.
The opportunity

Key responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of property agreements (commercial, residential and rural)
- Advising on commercial real estate transactions
- Conducting due diligence on property acquisitions and disposals
- Supporting development projects, including strata titling and related advisory work
- Managing client relationships and working closely with key stakeholders
- Providing guidance and mentoring to junior lawyers
About you
- 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property
- Strong technical knowledge across property law, leasing and conveyancing
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Commercially minded with strong problem-solving ability
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients
- Able to manage priorities effectively in a flexible/part-time capacity
