HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a respected Brisbane law firm seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their property team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced conveyancing lawyer to manage files end-to-end while working within a collaborative and supportive team. The role includes residential and off-the-plan property matters, with opportunities to mentor and work alongside a skilled team.

The role

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage conveyancing files from start to finish, including residential and off-the-plan contracts
  • Prepare, review, and lodge contracts of sale, disclosure statements, transfers, and other conveyancing documents
  • Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and conveyancing assistants to ensure smooth workflow
  • Provide exceptional client service, including advice and updates throughout the transaction
  • Manage your diary, correspondence, and deadlines efficiently while maintaining a sense of urgency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders involved in property transactions

About you

  • Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience in conveyancing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
  • Excellent client service, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong diary management and workflow organisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
  • Professional presentation and ability to meet deadlines consistently
