Troocoo is proud to be partnering with The Lottery Corporation to appoint a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join their Group Brand team.

The Group Brand team operates as an internal agency, bringing together specialist capability across Creative, Performance Marketing, Content, PR, and Insights to deliver integrated and commercially effective brand activity across the business. Marketing Operations sits at the centre of this model, ensuring work is prioritised, governed, and delivered efficiently with clear commercial outcomes.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Operations leader to shape business workflows, build scalable processes, and drive operational excellence across a complex enterprise environment. Working closely with business stakeholders and Group Brand teams, you will ensure marketing activity is strategically aligned, commercially focused, and delivered through effective ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business units to deliver aligned marketing activity.
  • Drive prioritisation, briefing, and governance across Group Brand teams.
  • Build scalable operating models and frameworks across the function.
  • Oversee budgets, reporting, controls, and marketing investment performance.
  • Lead and develop a team across multiple marketing operations portfolios.
  • Monitor delivery performance and provide actionable operational insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Support enterprise brand planning and long-term strategic initiatives.
