The opportunity
You will work closely with an existing client base while continuing to build trusted relationships, delivering holistic financial advice that evolves with each client’s needs and life stage. Supported by a collaborative team, you will be able to focus on strategy, advice and client outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver holistic, tailored financial advice across portfolio, superannuation and wealth strategy
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and consistency
- Work collaboratively with paraplanning, client services and technical teams
- Contribute to ongoing client engagement and retention strategies
- Continue to grow your capability and move toward a Senior Advisor level
About you
You are an emerging Advisor ready to step up. You enjoy working closely with clients, take pride in delivering thoughtful, well-structured advice and want to be part of a business where you can build a long-term career.
- 2–5 years’ experience as a Financial Advisor
- Strong technical foundation across holistic advice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine focus on client outcomes and long-term partnerships
- Desire to progress into a Senior Advisor role
