Industrial builder who has been in the Melbourne market for sometime, they specialize in Self storage units, and continue to win repeat work from large reputable clients. Family friendly and a great team environment.

With a solid pipeline of secured work in the $4m–$10m range, they are now seeking a Project Engineer to lead/Assist the delivery of their industrial storage unit projects from early procurement through to final handover.

Your role

• Lead/ Assist with the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to delivery
• Manage project budgets, programs, consultants, and subcontractors
• Drive quality, safety, and commercial outcomes
• Looking after 2-4 projects ($10-$20mil all together)
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and clients

Your background

• Must have 4+ combined years experience as a , Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer in commercial or industrial construction
• Having a strong technical engineering background with clear communication and client facing
• Proven track record delivering complex builds over $4mil
• Keen and eager to move into the industrial space
• Strong leadership, programming, and cost control skills
• Ability to manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
