An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Cardiology Nurse to join our Cardiac Catheter Laboratory team here at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH).

The Cardiac Catheter Laboratories at Royal North Shore Hospital is a busy service providing coronary angiography to both inpatients and outpatients. There is also a 24/7 on call service for patients having acute myocardial infarction. As an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, the RN will ensure the provision of safe nursing care to all patients within the Cardiac Catheter Laboratories.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Recent experience working in a Cath Lab or Radiology environment.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving ability.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
