Where you'll be working

You will be part of the People and Culture directory working within the Employee Experience team at Macquarie Mental Health Hospital at North Ryde with occasional travel to other NSLHD sites when required.

What you'll be doing

As an Employee Experience Partner, you will support a broad range of HR and organisational development initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and organisational culture. This role plays a key part in shaping a future-focused employee experience aligned to NSLHD’s People Plan.

Working closely with Manager Employee Experience and key stakeholders, you will:

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of programs that enhance engagement, capability and performance
  • Provide support to an organisation wide consultation process conducting focus groups and interviews to collect feeback and insights related to the framework
  • Analyse feedback and workforce data to identify opportunities and inform solutions
  • Partner with portfolios to support employee experience initiatives
  • Support change initiatives and organisational development activities
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to deliver impactful, people-focused outcomes

About you

You are a collaborative and adaptable professional who is passionate about improving employee experience and driving meaningful change.

You need to address the following criteria in your application:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology, Project Management or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering employee engagement culture initiatives or equivalent.

Solution focused mindset with strong ability to analyse data and insights to inform decisions in a dynamic changing environment.
